DAY 1: MANAGUA—LA PAZ Pick up and greeting at airport by bilingual guide and transfer in private transport to Peaceful Nature Wildlife Reserve in La Paz, Carazo. Spend night at Maya Nut Hotel

DAY 2: LA PAZ Tour of Peaceful Nature Reserve. Process coffee from picking the ripe cherries to preparing a capuchino, learn about regenerative farming and agroecology while harvesting vegetables for lunch.
Lunch at the Reserve with fresh vegetables from the garden
Afternoon at the natural pool
Dinner at Reserve and evening campfire
DAY 3: GRANADA Breakfast and transfer to Granada.
Central America’s oldest European settlement, Granada boasts beautiful, Spanish colonial architecture, petroglyph museums, and excellent restaurants. Explore Granada’s colonial beauty, museums, and historic sites in horse drawn carriage. Kayaking or scenic boat tour among the 365 islands of Lake Nicaragua. Lunch on one of the beautiful islands. Transfer back to Peaceful Nature Reserve
DAY 4: PEACEFUL NATURE RESERVE Bird watching tour of the trials of the Peaceful Nature Reserve. Lunch at Reserve and transfer to local agroecology farm for tour. Visit to local artist German Aguirre and his unique ceramic artwork, sculptors and bonzai trees. Return to Reserve.
DAY 5: MOMBACHO VOLCANO Breakfast and transfer to Mombacho Volcano for a zipline canopy tour high above the forest of the volcano. Safari truck ride to cloud rainforest atop the volcano for a hike deep within the cloud forest. Return to Reserve
DAY 6: PEACEFUL NATURE RESERVE Morning hike on nature trails and afternoon relax at natural pool, Other options: visit to local farms: native bee keeper, vegetable gardens. Shopping in local city Jinotepe

DAY 7: APOYO CRATER LAKE Transfer to Laguna de Apoyo crater lake with spectacular views of the crater, then ride down to the 200 meter deep volcanic crater lake with crystal clear wáter. Lunch, swimming and kayaking at the lake. Return to Reserve for dinner
DAY 8: PACIFIC OCEAN Transfer to La Boquita Beach on Pacific Ocean. All day at beach. Swim, surf, relax, take ride on rented 4 wheelers. Return to Reserve for dinner
DAY 9: CATARINA VOLCANIC OVERLOOK -MASAYA MARKET AND VOLCANO
Breakfast and transfer to Catarina. Catarina, known for its skilled artisans and beautiful, flower nurseries, sits on the edge of the Apoyo Lake crater. Check out the artisans work, marvel at the flower nurseries and take in the spectacular views of Apoyo Lake. Transfer to Masaya Market for souvenir shopping for beautiful, handmade crafts. Lunch at the market. Transfer to Masaya Volcano for ride up to the summit and amazing views into the steamy crater. Optional night tour of volcano includes expeditions into bat caves, a short hike to a second and third crater, and views of the glowing, red lava of Santiago Crater. Transfer to Managua for dinner and lodging in hotel.
DAY 10: MANAGUA—DEPARTURE
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to airport for departure.
